Founder member of ABPCO, and current Chairman of Concorde Services Limited, [see ABPCO representative, Sarah Fitzpatrick, MD], Sarah’s background is purely that of conference organisation with personal involvement in over 350 events ranging from 200-10000 participants and 100-4000 m2 exhibition. Sarah joined Concorde Services in 1983 as joint MD, having spent the previous six years organising international association events. In 2005 Concorde partnered with the Congrex Group of Companies when Sarah became Chairman of the company. She is past-President and past Treasurer of IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress Organizers) and the current Administrator of the Association. She lectures throughout the world at seminars on congress organization and has been a speaker at the renowned Wolfsberg Seminar for the past 19 years. Sarah was awarded the Meetings Industry personality of the Year Award in 2004.
