ABPCO Mentorship Scheme

ABPCO are keen to help develop the PCOs of the future, and to give professional support to our members when they are facing specific challenges.  This scheme aims to support our members in their personal and professional development.

Mentoring is primarily listening with empathy, sharing experiences, being a sounding board and encouraging growth.  Mentoring may be for you if:

  • You would benefit from having someone to guide, challenge and support you, providing a different perspective, questions or fresh ideas.
  • You would gain confidence and encouragement from having a supportive person with whom to explore new ideas in a safe place.

Please see those people who have kindly offered to be a mentor below.  When you are ready, complete the application form.  If you have a preferred mentor, please do state this in your application.  The application will be sent to the Mentors for consideration, and you will then be put in contact with a Mentor who can support you.
