Prior to joining Stakeholder Communications Group, Pauline spent ten years in the airline and airline handling industry and a further three years in facilities management. Her achievements ranged from UK and Ireland Operations Manager with Ryanair to the setting up of Servisairs's Passenger Handling operation at Dublin airport from a staff of 1 to 250. Pauline specialised in operational planning, customer service and financial management.
