ABPCO has been invited to take a seat on the Advisory Board of the newly formed International Centre for Research in Events, Tourism and Hospitality (ICRETH) at Leeds Metropolitan University.  Last Monday 2nd July, at the inaugural meeting of the Institute, faculty gave the Board an insight into current research work.  Local members may be interested to become more involved in a Yorkshire-based initiative led by Julia Calver (j.calver@leedsmet.ac.uk) called Vist Yorkshire Events Network.  New research work may involve professional development support for small businesses
