Exclusive to ABPCO members, these familiarisation trips take in venues and destinations that have a new space, technology or service to offer to professional conference organisers.

The trips offer members a “sneak preview” of all that is new from venues and emerging destinations ahead of any formal launch and, of course, an opportunity to meet and network with other ABPCO members at the same time. Read MORE or BOOK Event

A personal invitation is sent to a cross-section of the membership to attend this annual event.   The Chairman’s lunch now incorporates the ABPCO Excellence Awards which celebrate the demonstration of excellence and leadership in association conference and event organisation

These are peer to peer forums for conference organisers to come together to share best practice.  They give an opportunity to share recent experiences and, importantly, to formulate a collective view of the common challenges that lie ahead.  They are generally 2 hour meetings across lunch-time.  The meetings are ‘closed’ and Chatham House Rules apply. Read MORE or BOOK Event

ABPCO also run Best Practice Visits for in-house PCO’s.  Click on the logos below for more information.
