Nicola started her career in the medical sector with a large in-house nursing association working as part of their membership and conference events team, providing membership services to over 7,000 members and delivering an annual conference for over 2,000 delegates. Prior to establishing Hg3 Conferences, Nicola worked for a conference and event management agency responsible for membership and events services on behalf of several clients in both the medical and scientific research sectors.

Nicola has a solid understanding of registration, membership and abstract database management as well as financial control within the field of event management and alongside the Hg3 team works hard to produce first class events on time, every time. Calm under pressure with experience of working to tight deadlines, a dependable person who works hard in order to achieve high quality results.

Working from Hg3’s own offices in the beautiful Spa town of Harrogate, Nicola recognises the importance of working alongside all clients to ensure the Hg3 team provides a dedicated and professional service.
