Kinetix Events Ltd has over 17 years experience working with not for profit and membership organisations, charities and academic institutions managing conferences, seminars and exhibitions ranging in size and complexity. Other work has included organising hospitality events, managing audio-visual projects, as well as carrying out membership and alumni coordination.
The logistics of organising events is our day to day job: liaising with suppliers, venues and colleagues; handling registrations and abstract submissions; creating publicity material and carrying out marketing campaigns; representing clients at events and being the main point of contact for speakers, delegates, exhibitors, venue staff and other suppliers.
Kinetix Events is owned and managed by Sally Hawkes, a commercially minded person who inputs effectively into strategic planning and makes recommendations for the future. With masses of enthusiasm and energy for doing the best job possible, Sally thrives on the day-to-day challenges of juggling a varied and exciting workload and running her event management company.
