We all know that event planning is stressful, according to global research it’s the 6th most stressful job in the world and it’s certainly felt like it the last three years. Although we love the roles we have, our health and wellbeing are just as important as the work that we do. In this session, Jo Powel from Macmillan Cancer Support will be exploring the science and psychology behind self-care and share tips that you can use to enhance your resilience and wellbeing and look after ourselves.
