Lime Venue Portfolio is looking to bring more charity awards and events into the portfolio with a series of incentives for charitable organisations looking to hold banquets, fund raisers, celebrations and awards.
Lime Venue Portfolio has designed a unique proposition aimed at supporting charitable organisations and helping them meet the cost of hosting such events. It includes; a 10% discount on room hire, 10% discount on food and beverage, a 10% discount on delegate/guest packages, and the offer of an auction or raffle prize, from a stadium tour, to an indoor skiing experience.
“We’re coming into key booking periods for awards events, and it won’t be long until the end of year events season really kicks in,” commented Julia Simpson, Director of Key Accounts – Charities. “Charities have always been really important to us and we understand the importance of award events as an important way of raising funds for those operating in the third sector.
“Our incentive programme helps lighten the load and allow us to make our own contributions to some amazing causes. A lot of our venues are charities themselves and we like to see it as ‘charities helping charities’”, Julia continues.
The proposition is open to UK registered charities and includes a dedicated charity event expert to find the best venue to suit the charity’s needs. They will work in partnership with the venue and customer to create a package that matches objectives such as donor cultivation and other fundraising targets.
