Personal Statement

After graduating in Hotel Management with a BA(Hons) from Huddersfield University, I joined Hilton Hotels on their Sales And Marketing Graduate training scheme in 1989. The next 10 years was spent in 4 and 5 star hotels, working for Hilton and Inter-Continental Hotels and I attained an MA in Marketing Management from Middlesex University along the way. I have owned/operated my own agencies since 1997 and utilised my commercial knowledge extensively as we have worked in a multitude of National and International events for a wide range of clients. Official supplier to the FA for team accommodation management for all teams from the under 17’s right up to the Full National Squad, preferred supplier to the BBC for 12 years are a few of my notable achievements and, for the past 12 years, we have extensively focussed on the Associations sector, having handled a wide range of projects for over 60 Associations in the UK and some overseas.
