We are a small team of dedicated professionals offering several levels of service from completing every aspect of the event management process, to carrying out single or multiple components in partnership with a client.s existing resources. Our event management service includes: planning, venue seeking, marketing, delegate and speaker administration and accommodation, financial control (including event budget, final accounts, invoicing and credit control), through to on site management co-ordinating all associated requirements. We have worked with companies offering related services, which have proven their expertise, and are therefore able to supply almost anything a client needs. Events co-ordinated range from one-day meetings for 20 delegates to multiple-day conferences for up to 1500 delegates with exhibition
We work with clients, in both the public and private sectors, on a regular year-on-year basis or single events as required. Most of our new work comes by recommendation from satisfied clients, which is borne out by numerous unsolicited references.
