With more than 25 years of experience in the events industry, Gemma Savage is the Association Sales Manager at the award-winning ICC Wales. Having joined in 2018, during its construction, Gemma saw first-hand how the venue was purpose-built for large events following focus group research with clients and organisers. Since joining the team, Gemma has secured key events in the association calendar and formed lasting relationships with clients. With a caring and informative approach, she appreciates the challenges that associations face and manages these creatively, ensuring clients achieve the best event possible, whether for 50 or 4,500 attendees.

Gemma has a strong focus on legacy and on finding ways that clients can create a lasting impact following their event. She understands the impact that events can have on a destination and works with clients to find creative solutions to make a real difference. Gemma is also passionate on working with Universities, Colleges and students to bridge the gap between academia and the events industry - providing exciting opportunities for the future generation of #eventprofs
