Presented by Janthea Brigden, Nipperbout

Janthea Brigden will showcase Nipperbout’s creche services at the NASUWT conference which is designed for 100 children from 0–17 years, some with additional needs. This short case study will offer event organisers practical insights into why childcare is important to delegates and organisers, how to deliver effective, inclusive childcare at conferences and how to create a family friendly event environment on a budget.

Janthea will also discuss the whole process of setting up a creche – including pre-event processes with the venue, the organiser and delegates; how to select and set up a childcare space that supports accessibility and comfort; insights into managing compliance and risk effectively to end of event feedback. A process that is designed to build trust and provide peace of mind for parents.
