Caroline has worked as a PCO for 35 years, operating association conferences nationally and internationally. As Account Director, she now helps clients at a strategic level to ensure their conferences exceed their objectives. Her role includes financial management and risk mitigation, management of performance against targets and generating long lasting client relationships.
Caroline has worked as Account Director Associations at TFI Group since 2002 when TFI acquired her PCO company, Meeting Point Conferences, which was founded in 1984. She has 35 years’ experience of working with associations in a core and local PCO role to support them successfully deliver their conferences into the UK and internationally. She is very proud that she has worked with some clients consistently for 20+ years.
Caroline passionately believes in the power of association conferences to change lives, by bringing together individuals to collaborate in research, the exchange of ideas and best practice. Her role as a trusted advisor and solution provider helps clients achieve their conference objectives.
Caroline is a respected spokesperson on topics relating to association meetings, she is a past co-chair of ABPCO (2015 -2017) and she is a founding member of the Asconet network of global PCOs.
Caroline and her husband have one son and they live in Surrey with horses, dogs, cats and chickens. In her spare time (!), she enjoys netball, tennis and tending her vegetable garden.
