Due to the current growth of the business we are planning for the future and recruiting new team members to join our expanding team. We are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to join our exceptional team at ICC Wales.
Working with us is fast paced and no two days are ever the same. We have a fantastic team and are looking to bring onboard passionate, enthusiastic and driven team members who seek to deliver the ultimate client experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO...
As the Association Sales Manager, you will cultivate key relationships within the associations market and prioritize placing all available business with ICC Wales. This is a proactive sales role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships in line with the Sales Team working plan .
- Actively promoting and selling all ICC Wales facilities at trade shows and sector-specific industry events.
- Providing a professional and proficient service throughout the entire bidding and tender process.
- Proactively securing new and repeat business.
- Meeting personal and ICC Wales targets to contribute to the overall budget.
