Fast Forward 15 is a non-profit mentoring program founded in 2014 by industry leader Fay Sharpe OBE.

The Fast Forward 15 programme runs for a 12-month period during which time mentees and their mentors work together to achieve objectives and goals. The programme includes two group workshops, monthly one to one mentoring and concludes with a graduation ceremony.

Designed to empower women in the events industry, this programme offers personalised guidance and support to help women achieve their personal and professional goals through a structured process with industry leaders.

Now running successfully for over 10 years, the programme has enabled female event professionals to achieve life-changing results in both their careers and personal growth, helping countless women realise their potential and secure leadership roles in the industry as well as creating and supporting a raft of entrepreneurial start-ups with female founders.
