My role as Events Officer at the Trades Union Congress forms part of a newly established team within the organisation. I am primarily responsible for delivering five multi‑day annual equalities conferences, as well as the annual Trades Councils Conference. I also support the planning and delivery of our annual Congress. In addition, I assist with organising one‑day policy conferences and internal staff events.
