KC Jones conference&events specialise in the management of Association conferences, Business to Business events and communication programmes across the public and private sector. We manage face to face events, Virtual and Hybrid, using our purpose built system, OnAir. We have extensive knowledge and experience in events of all sizes.
As champions of education and scientific conferences we pride ourselves in supporting associations and organisations that affect change. We assure you that with our commitment to quality and service, combined with our practical support, we will help you to deliver a successful conference.

Experienced and versatile events professional, Rebecca’s strengths lie in the creation of unforgettable events and with extensive technical expertise, she can direct live events with confidence, she knows what is achievable and when to draw the line between creativity and overkill. She has a very keen eye for detail. In the 20 years that Rebecca has run KC Jones she estimates that the company has ran over 1,000 events. She is supported by a strong and established operational team.
Working as an extension of your team, we will play an active role in connecting all the elements necessary to deliver an engaging, interactive, innovative, environmentally friendly and successful Conference. We offer a professional range of services that will successfully communicate your objectives through a creative, responsive, energetic, skilled and cooperative approach, which has been built on our commitment to the highest standards of best practice.
Our experience, creativity and enthusiasm to consistently deliver successful Conferences is demonstrated by the fact so many of our clients ask us to manage their projects year after year.

Our team cares about the clients we work with and strives to understand them, their sectors, and the aims of their event; we do this by building strong working relationships, being available to our clients and giving the time the client needs to ensure they know we offer a personal service. You are not just a number and yet another Conference! Whilst not a big conglomerate, with our team, you can be assured of our undivided attention at all times. 90% of the work we do is pre-event, whilst we have robust processes in place to ensure that we deliver, time and time again for our clients. BUT we do all this as humans, we still build relationships, we still take calls, we still take care of delegates needs and we do so with a smile!
