I joined SfE Group in 2006 as an Events Organiser, working with multiple Society and pharmaceutical company partners, developing expertise in financial planning, crisis communications and strategic development of events. I held the Deputy Managing Director position from 2017 to 2022, embracing the challenge of delivering an ambitious business plan across the PCO (including DCO), AMS and Publishing divisions. My role was broadened to include responsibility for business systems across the charitable association (our parent company) and the commercial agency, resulting in a change in title to Enterprise Director 2022 - 2024. In 2024 I was successful in my application for Chief Executive of the Society and Managing Director of the trading subsidiary, a post which I took up in January 2025.
