About Martyn’s Law
Martyn’s Law, also known as the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill, is named in memory of Martyn Hett, who tragically lost his life in the Manchester Arena bombing in 2017. The legislation introduces a new duty to protect the public from the threat of terrorism in publicly accessible locations.

- Tier System Explained:
- Standard Tier (for venues with capacity of 100+): Basic requirements, including training and procedural readiness.
