Circulus is the Royal College of Physicians' new event management service. Set up in March 2019, the Circulus team has over 40 years' experience in the conference and events industry.
Gemma joined the RCP in February 2019 as a conferences manager with the responsibility of working with the wider team to develop and set up Circulus. Circulus offers professional event and conference organising services to external organisations and individuals across a variety of industries, not just limited to medicine and healthcare. Circulus will work with clients to transform their ideas into concrete, organised and professional events suitable for world-class audiences.
If interested, clients can benefit from the RCP's venue in Regent's Park, London as well as our soon-to-be completed building in Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter, The Spine.
Gemma has more than 11 years' experience in events, over nine of which have been specifically within the medical and healthcare sector. Prior to joining the RCP, Gemma worked at the Royal Society of Medicine for eight and a half years, joining as an event co-ordinator and leaving as a senior manager. For the last two and a half years at the RSM, Gemma headed up their in house PCO service, RSM professionals. Gemma worked with the team to build a portfolio of events which ran outside of the RSM's main educational programme with joint partners, or on behalf of clients as their PCO.
