EICC appoints Carron Webster as Sales and Marketing Director

EDINBURGH, Scotland, 9 October 2025 - The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) has appointed Carron Webster as Sales and Marketing Director at Scotland’s leading conference centre. Webster replaces Amanda Wrathall in the role, with Wrathall recently taking up the position of CEO.
Carron Webster, who spent two decades in senior events roles at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in the city before joining the EICC in 2015, where she most recently led strategic decision-making for the corporate and association teams.
In her new director role, Webster’s remit will include working closely with CEO Amanda Wrathall and the EICC’s leadership team to drive strategy, client and city partner relations, while continuing to drive commercial performance and maximise economic impact.

The EICC marked its 30th anniversary last week, while closing in on generating £1 billion of local economic impact since opening its doors in 1995.
