The Eastside Rooms strengthens operations team with new appointment and internal promotions

The Eastside Rooms, a leading modern venue in the heart of Birmingham, has announced a series of appointments and promotions across its operations and conference teams, underlining its continued investment in people and service excellence.
David Tonks joins the business as Operations Manager, bringing further strength to the venue’s leadership team as The Eastside Rooms continues to build on its reputation for delivering high-quality conferences, meetings and events.
At the same time, Declan McGrath has been promoted from Operations Manager to Operations Director, recognising his significant contribution to the business and the leadership he has shown in supporting the venue’s operational success.
The Eastside Rooms has also promoted two rising stars within its conference and events team. Alina Tautan has been promoted from Conference Host to Conference Team Leader, while Karys Nelson steps up from Conference and Events Assistant to Conference and Events Supervisor.
These latest appointments reflect The Eastside Rooms’ commitment to developing talent from within, while continuing to strengthen the team with experienced professionals who can support the venue’s ongoing growth.
