EventsAIR Awarded ABA100 Winner

EventsAIR has been recognized as an ABA100 Winner in The Australian Business Awards 2021 for Software Innovation. In their sixteenth year, the awards are an annual all-encompassing awards program that recognizes organizations that demonstrate the core values of business innovation, product innovation, technological achievement and employee engagement via a set of established business and product award categories.

Trevor Gardiner, EventsAIR CEO says the award affirms their commitment to continuous improvement and innovative business processes.

“We are honored to be awarded the ABA100 Winner for Software Innovation for the second year running. The team has been working hard to deliver innovative event management technology that keeps audiences engaged and connected around the globe. This has meant that we have had to rethink the way events are delivered in a virtual, hybrid and in-person environment. This has led to the development of OnAIR, our virtual and hybrid event solution. OnAIR has delivered thousands of virtual events, supporting over 2 million users, which would not have been possible. I am very proud of our team who has accomplished so much in such a short time frame. We look forward to continuing supporting the events industry in creating great event experiences,” said Mr. Gardiner.

Organizations that demonstrate the core values of business innovation, product innovation, technological achievement and employee engagement are recognized via a set of established business and product award categories.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has presented one of the most significant business challenges ever faced by organizations across Australia. It created a critical need for leading organizations to adapt to new working environments and adopt new approaches to innovation whilst navigating the technical and operational constraints imposed by the lockdown,” said Ms Tara Johnston, Program Director.

“As the world changes, these organizations have implemented new business tools, practices, and policies to facilitate productivity beyond the physical office, presenting unique opportunities for business transformation by rethinking their business strategies and processes,” Ms Johnston added.

Entry into the awards is open to all private and public companies, multinationals and their subsidiaries, non-government organizations, educational institutions, government departments, government agencies, government authorities and statutory bodies that have successfully executed a business, management, community initiative or developed an innovative product or service.

The program provides a significant opportunity for high-performing organizations that implement worldclass business initiatives and develop innovative products and services to be acknowledged and honored for their achievements, both nationally and internationally.
